I'm so excited and honored to be involved with Collage Lab's Spring Fling Virtual Retreat. Kelly Schaub from Collage Lab has put together a mixed media art experience that will begin March 2022 and run for the whole month. Each weekday a new, prerecorded lesson will be released that you can work through at your own pace. In addition, there will be Zoom meetups to give the instructors and participants a chance to get to know each other, just like an in-person retreat. There will be a Facebook page for you to share your work and ask questions of the instructors. It is available now at an early bird price of $100 for the entire month of classes. If you feel like it will be too much to have one class a day, don't worry - the classes will be available through December 2022.
As I mentioned, I'm just thrilled about this. I hope to see some of you there! I think I will set up some sort of "office hours" or live "studio visit" on the day that my lesson releases, so keep an eye out here and on Instagram for that. Spring Fling Virtual Retreat
Announcing a very special experience from Collage-Lab.
Imagine if you could get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday and focus on mixed media collage for a bit. Imagine if you could meet new friends, explore new techniques, and learn from 15 collage artists from across the globe.
Collage-Lab has put together SPRING FLING – a virtual retreat – just for you! For the entire month of March 2022, Collage-Lab will bring you a variety of online classes, Zoom gatherings, and a whole assortment of collage projects and techniques. Fifteen instructors will present 20 classes, plus we will get together on Zoom to chat, play games, and meet the artists and your fellow students. New lessons will be released every weekday in March, and you will be able to access the content for nine full months, until the end of 2022. A private Facebook Group will allow you to ask questions, share insights, and let us see what you are creating! Three live Zoom sessions (recorded to watch at your convenience) will let us interact, meet new friends, and have some relaxing fun.
